The Sustainability
Sustainability addresses how will a project and/or event last beyond your direct involvement as well as the transition of leadership.

For our legacy project, the sustainability is dependent on the students who come after us as well as the transition towards equality. Whether that is in available resources, minorities, or a standard classroom environment, the project will last as long as the desire to uplift others to equal if not better standards exists. Those who are unaware of such disparities also fuel the need for it as being blind to the topic is almost as bad as ignoring it.
Our Legacy
Ideally, this project would be passed down to students who come after us who hope to improve and/or update what we have established. We would also support them if they chose to expand the module to other realms of the program such as the coaches or office instead.
Our Footprint
Ideally, the module would bring awareness to the various advantages and disadvantages their peers face when working towards the same goal. In the "real world", this would make Southern Leaders more conscious of the various circumstances people around them might have had to endure in order to be where they are today.
